when you feel that your day is aweful and that you had enough , you have lots of things to do so you can turn a blue day in a lovely one.
First, You have to decide if you are going out or staying home.
1)If choosed out , then it is easy ,select that one friend , that crazy person you have that always says the same stupid things as you do and go wherever you prefer. But i believe that going somewhere new brings new memories and new adventures , also you see other beautiful sites ,Hey you choose not me i am just bring you the idea!
2) Now , for the people who stay home, there are so many things but all you need is time to spend on it. Do you have time? if the answer is yes then here are some typical things.
A)You are unhuppy so , What is more happy than those vintage songs , those danceable songs ,oh those great days . here is somewhere with old loved songs that i am sure you will enjoy!

It will absolutely make you shake it and just smile widely!
B)If that didn't work so much then grab your favourite book and read your favourite parts so you will forget what was the reason you were sad.
if that doesn't work for you and you prefer to watch then
C) Download an old movie , whatever type of you prefer and just let the old directors make you live every moment and try to predict the ending , remember not all endings are the same , choose wittily , the point of the movie to work on you is to choose one that you always wanted to see but you didn't see it or choose one without watching the trailer! (I prefer to see movies without knowing what they are about but try to understand by myself, whatever movie you watch is going to be more interesting , only because you don't know what the hell is going on, )
So if that didn't work too . then you are really down, sorry
D)The best way to make you stop thinking and letting yourself break free from all this torture is
to
go
to
sleep.
If you are sad then you will sleep in a moment you won't believe how quickly you will fall asleep.
If you think a lot then write all those thoughts down! and get that sweet sweet nap.
E) Last but not least, stop letting yourself be sad , you can be baleful yes but for how long until you will lose your teeth or a car pass by you ? All i know is that I am sad sometimes cause i can't be happy all the time , but being happy makes me feel so worm and alive , all cause i need those moody moments so we can compere those extrordinary times .
